Refund and Project Completion Policy

Thank you for choosing WebAmbition for your website needs. We take pride in creating high-quality websites. Because our model is based on ensuring client satisfaction before final payment, we have specific policies regarding refunds and post-delivery liability.

1. Payment on Satisfaction

We do not require full payment until the project is completed to your satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to review the website thoroughly. Final payment constitutes your approval of the project.

2. Refund Eligibility

• What we refund: We only offer refunds on the specific fee charged for our time and labor in designing/creating the website.

• What we DO NOT refund: We are not responsible for, and will not refund, any third-party costs, including but not limited to:

  • Wix monthly or annual subscription fees.

  • Domain name purchases.

  • Extra apps, plugins, or packages purchased through Wix.

  • Any third-party premium themes or services.

3. Transfer of Custody & Release of Responsibility

Upon final payment and transfer of the website into your custody (e.g., transferring ownership of the Wix site to you), you agree to the following:

• Acceptance: By taking custody, you confirm you are satisfied with the final product and that the project is complete.

• Release of Liability: WebAmbition is released from all responsibility and liability for the website, including its functionality, security, content, or performance.

• No Further Responsibility: We are no longer responsible for any issues that occur with the website after it has been transferred, including, but not limited to, hacking, data loss, downtime, or errors caused by your edits.

4. Post-Release Maintenance & Changes

After the website is transferred to you, it is officially YOUR website.

• We offer separate services to assist with changes or management of the site.

• These services are distinct from the initial creation project and are billed as a separate service fee, not as a correction to the completed project.

5. Chargebacks

By hiring WebAmbition, you agree to these terms. If a chargeback is initiated, this policy will be provided to the financial institution as evidence that the service was delivered and approved by you.

How to Accept this Policy

By making your final payment and accepting the transfer of the website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund and Project Completion Policy.
